Qualification
- Diploma/High Vocational Certificate in Information Technology or related field.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and other tech products.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows, Linux operating systems.
- Ability to diagnose, resolve basic technical issues and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines in multiple assignments.
- Ability to communicate in an understandable, polite and friendly manner with service mind.
- Ability to work 24x7 as required.
- User-oriented and cool-tempered.
- Willing to contribute and work as a team.
Scope of responsibilties/job description:
- Execute the day-to-day activities for supporting Production control system.
- Trouble shooting problems hardware, software, network.
- Installing and configuring computer hardward, software, system, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone or email.
- Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Provide accurate information on IT products or services to user.
- Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
- Follow-up and update user status and information.
Experience requirement:
- Minimum 2 years in Infrastructure & IT administrator and IT Helpdesk support.
Skills/Competency
- Good English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Knowledge of computer operating systems, hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Microsoft platforms or technology and other common desktop applications.
- Customer service skills.
