Requirements:
- above 32 years old
- below 45 years old;
- minimum experience 8 years as a Chef;
- with good experience working in hotels or resorts 5 stars;
- with good experience working in restaurants high class;
- previous experiences working with International chefs is an added value;
- available to start as soon as possible;
Main skills and functions:
- understands well the concept of fine dining;
- high experience to make plating and presentation of the foods for fine dinning;
- understand well how to exceed guest expectations;
- Know how to focus on exceptional customer satisfaction;
- good capacity of organization;
- plan and prepare high quality food and beverage products;
- Assuring the great taste of the foods served;
- Can design and idealize menus;
- Can adjust menus and plates according to the seasonal ingredients available;
- cooperation with the manager for special arrangements, and special dietary preferences of the guests;
- Can work perfectly with recipes, standards and plating guides;
- Good domain of international cuisine dishes (International, European Italian, Asian);
- Good domain on baking bread, assorted cakes;
- Good domain on producing desserts;
- Able to design and elaborate menus;
- enjoys training all the team and enjoys passing knowledge to all the team in kitchen;
- advanced knowledges of HACCP;
- can assure the HACCP on all procedures;
Remarks:
- Accommodation is provided at the property;
- The work is based in Sumba island;
