Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Proven experience in negotiating with Japanese companies and a deep understanding of Japanese business culture
- Demonstrated success in a business development role, particularly with Japanese clients or within a Japan-based company
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and build trust with Japanese stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Fluency in Japanese is preferable, but not required
- Existing networks in Japan, including contacts within Japanese companies, are preferred
