- Bachelor's degree in any Major with strong experience in purchasing
- 5+ years work experience in Food & Beverages industry
- Experience Supervisor in the Restaurant or Food and Beverage industry, either for Supplies, fresh daily and dry.
- Bachelors degree in related field, open to graduates from other.
- Good business (commercial) sense, trustworthiness, dedication, creativity, professionalism with a strong work ethic and desire to work as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with suppliers
- Knowledge of procurement software and systems
Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement purchasing strategies to meet Dailah Sajian Nusantara operational needs in line with budget guidelines.
- Source and evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and compliance with precinct standards.
- Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with suppliers to secure favourable agreements.
- Coordinate with Department Heads to identify purchasing needs and requirements for various Departments, including food and beverage, housekeeping, maintenance, front office and administration.
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, contracts, and supplier information.
- Monitor inventory levels and track usage patterns to ensure timely replenishment and maximise waste.
- Work closely with the Finance Department to ensure adherence to budgetary constraints and financial goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and new products and suppliers in a timely and professional manner.
