Key Responsibilities:
The Sponsorship Manager will be responsible for developing and managing the company’s sponsorship strategy. This role requires a proactive individual with strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key sponsors.
- Develop and implement comprehensive sponsorship strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Identify and approach potential sponsors to secure new partnerships.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to integrate sponsorship activities into overall marketing plans.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of sponsorship programs, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sponsorship management or a related role.
- Proven track record of securing and managing sponsorship deals.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
