Job Responsibility:

1. Initiate for create demand activities through promotional event/ branding/trade promotion in appointed areas to increase brand awareness and selling out in stores.
2. Maintain availability and visibility of product in stores.
3. Training product knowledge to frontliner team.
4. Work closely with distributor sales team to develop area.
5. Monitoring competitor activities and promotions.
6. Supervise sales and merchandising team for implementation POSM and program sell in - sell out.

 

Qualifications

1. Maximum age 35 years old.
2. Minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably sales/ marketing background).
3. Minimum 2 years experiences in sales / marketing field (preferably from FMCG / pet industry background).
4. Able to operate Microsoft office (word, excel, power point).
5. English proficiency is highly preferrable.
6. Strong Analytic of data.
7. Good communication and negotiation skill.
8. Have own vehicle and laptop.
9. Willing to travel and work on weekend.
