Qualifications :
- Having minimum Bachelor Degree Diploma/S1
- Major in Computer Science is preferred
- Having ability to work independently and as a part of team
- Having minimum 2 years experiences with installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and maintaining networking device such as switch, router and Access Point
- Having proven competencies in installing, testing and troubleshooting CCTV & Access Door
- Having proven competencies in installing, testing and troubleshooting VOIP communication endpoints
- Having proven competencies in Installing, testing and troubleshooting server and storage product such as Dell, HP, IBM etc.
Main responsibilities :
- Responsible day to day IT support system operation, monitor and maintain system to work properly, analyze and troubleshoot
- Configure and install Security system product (CCTV & Access door)
- Configure and install IP PBX system
- Maintenance Access point ubiquity
